The application or document control menu Restore command restores the Voxler application or document window to the size and location before the Maximize or Minimize command was used.
The button in the Voxler title bar reduces the Voxler application window to a button on the Windows task bar. Right-click on the Voxler application icon in the task bar and choose the Restore command to return the Voxler application window to its previous size and position.

The button in the Viewer window title bar reduces the Viewer window to a button at the bottom of the Voxler window. Click the button on the Viewer window title bar icon to return the Viewer window to its previous size and position.

Another way to restore the window is to click on the Viewer window title bar or the icon on the left side of the title bar button and choose the Restore command, double-click the title bar, or click the button to return the window to its previous size and position.
Click the icon in the upper left corner of the title bar and select Restore; or
Click the button; or
Press ALT+SPACEBAR+R (application window) or ALT+HYPHEN+R (document in the Viewer window)
