Select Dataset Dialog

If a file contains multiple layers that can be imported separately, a Select Dataset dialog may appear when reloading the file.

Select Dataset Dialog

The Select Dataset dialog is used to select which layer of a multiple layer file is imported into an existing module. The dialog appears when a multiple layer file is loaded after clicking the next to the File path option in the Property Manager.

Use the Select Dataset dialog to tell Voxler which layer of a multiple layer dataset to import.

Name

The Name column contains the name of the layer. Click on any named layer to select that layer. This property cannot be changed.

Data Type

The Data Type column shows the type of data that is included on each layer. This property cannot be changed.

Dimensions

The Dimensions column contains the number of X, Y, and Z values in each layer of the lattice. This property cannot be changed.

Components

The Components column lists the number of components in each layer. This property cannot be changed.

Component Type

The Component Type column lists the type of component for each layer. This property cannot be changed.

OK or Cancel

Click the OK button to proceed with the import process, loading the selected layer into the existing data module. Click the Cancel button to close the dialog without importing the data set.
